HX-ADP1000 is a no vel environ mental protect! on type non - haloge nated flame retardant based on salts of diethylphosphinic acid which are obtained by our compa ny exclusive pate nt. The product has well thermal stability and it is in soluble in water and organic solve nts. The product of which the phosphor con tent is more tha n 23 % has high e 什 icient flame retarda nt.

After testing, the product showed excellent comprehensive performances such as good electrical property, low smoke and so on. Moreover, it does not affect the coloring of the final products, and the white, primitive colors or multicolor parts or other color demanding product can be produced・ Particularly, it can be suitably used in the fields which dema nd importa nt fire-resista nt characteristics and high electrical properties such as IT, consumer electronics, offices and

communications equipments.

Application

HX-ADP1000 can be used in glass fiber reinforced nylon ( PA6, PA66, PPA,etc.), also used in a variety of polyesters ( PBT, PET, PTT), modified polyesters,polyester elastomers and polyester alloys ( reinforced or non-reinfo reed ); also can be used in paint, coatings, electronic adhesives, insulating tape, FCCL,electronic packaging, plastic package and so on. It has high flame retardant efficiency, environmental protect!on and halogen-free, high temperature resista nee, very excelle nt electrical insulati on property and water resista nee and so on.
