Product Description

HX-ADP990 is an environmental protection type non-halogenated flame retard a nt based on orga nic phosphi nates.The product is in soluble in water and organic solvents, but it is soluble in strong acid and alkali solution. And it has some excellent properties on high flame retardant efficiency, thermal stability, non—toxic, low smoke, small particle size, small specific gravity, great free-flowi ng etc. As an efficie nt flame retardants have bee n widely used in thermoplastics (such as PA, PBT, etc.), flame-retardant fibers, textiles, etc.

Appearanee: White flowing powder;

Phosphorus: % (w/w)23.0 〜24.0;

Water / Moisture: % (w/w) max. 0.5;

Bulk Density: (kg/m3) 250 〜400;

Decomposition Temperature (TGA 1 % weight loss): > 350 °C;

Average Particle Size (D50): 10 ~ 20 um.

Application

The product has some excellent properties on fine particle size, high whiteness, good thermal stability, non—toxic etc. And it is widely used in thermoplastic and thermosetting, fibers and textiles, such as TPE, POM, PA (PA6, 66 etc), epoxy resin, polyester (PET, PBT etc) and so on. The product can be used alone, and also be used as multi-functional synergistic additives with melamine polyphosphate or melamine cyanurate to improve flame retardantefficie ncy.
