Product Description

HX-AHP is named as aluminum hypophosphite which is a novel phosphorus-containing flame retardant, and its chemical formula is Al (H2PO2)3.
The product is slightly soluble in water, non—volatile, high phosphorous content,good thermal stability. Adding HX-AHP flame retardant product has high flame resista nee efficie ncy, good thermal stability, strong mecha nical properties and weathering resista nee and so on.

Application

HX-AHP may be used in PBT, PET, PA, TPU, ABS etc. It shows high flame retardant efficiency that HX-AHP is used in PA6 or PET. When the product was used in PET, there was the heat generated in the combustion drastically reduced,and after the combustion char increased, flame-retardant property of UL94 V-0 classification was obtained. The experiments showed that flame retardant efficiency of PET with HX-AHP is higher than that with other flame retardant, up to 60%・ But it is be社er that the product can be used as multi-functional synergistic additives with stabilizers, coupling agents, other phosphorous-nitrogen flame retardant additives such as APP, MC and MCA. The recommended dosage of HX-AHP for polyesters or TPU is 8-12 %. In SEBS, the dosage of HX-AHP is 25-35% (by wt.).

Package

HX-AHP is delivered in 25 kg multilayer paper bags with inner PE liner. The product should be sealed and stored in a dry, dark, cool place ・ Avoid con tact with oxida nts.
