Product Description

HX-ADP890 developed newly is an ultra-fine non-halogenated flame retard a nt based on HX-ADP900 and is produced by the special processes of the ultra-fining, surface activation and so on. Its particles are finer than HX-ADP900 and it has better dispersibility and compatibility. Certainly, its advantages are similar with HX-ADP900, such as excellent thermal stability, in soluble in water and organic solvents, very good hydrolytic resistance and so on.

Application

HX-ADP890 is useful as a flame retardant for special requirement materials such as high-end low smoke halogen-free TPE cable, precision electronic and electrical components, PCBs, CCL, FCCL, FFC, electronic and electrical functional adhesive, coatings and fabrics, electronic poking materials,molding compounds, electronic tags, printing inks. It is particularly suitable for applications of high-end products where non-halogenated flame retardant and electrical performsnces are strictly required, like lead free high temperature wielding process, electrical cover layers, electric insulation adhesives (tapes), potting epoxy adhesives, label adhesives, Epoxy resin printed circuit boards and so on.

HX-ADP890 can also be used in special high-end products, which some of properties are strictly required in eluding the surface quality, dece ntrality, hydrolytic resista nt, anti-tra nsferri ng ability, mecha nical properties etc, to improve non—halogenated flame retardant, like high-end cables, hot melt adhesives,coatings, sealants, and other thin-wall material parts, etc.
