HX-ADP900 is a novel high efficient non-halogenated flame retardant based on especial phosphorus molecular structure.Its phosphorus content is higher,up to more than 23%?The product is obtained by the special treatment of ultra-fining and surface activation.It can be readily dispersed in a variety of resins and organic solvents.The product has excellent high temperature resista nee,and its decompositi on temperature is more than 320 v.It is in soluble in water and gen eral orga nic solvents.And its hydrolytic resista nee property is also very excellent.

Application

HX-ADP900 is useful as a flame retardant for special requirement materials such as high-end low smoke halogen-free environmental TPE cable,precision electronic and electrical components,PCBs,CCL,FCCL,FFC,electronic and electrical functional adhesives,coatings and fabrics,electronic potting materials, molding compounds,electronic tags,printing ink.It is particularly suitable for applications of high-end products where non—halogenated flame retardant and electrical properties are strictly required,like lead free high temperature wielding process,electrical cover layers,electric insulation adhesive(tape),potting epoxy adhesive,label adhesive,Epoxy resin printed circuit boards and so on.

HX-ADP900 can be used alone,and it can also be used as multi-functionalsynergistic additives with other flame retardant additives in polymers.

HX-ADP900 can also be used in special high-end products,which some of properties are strictly required including the surface quality,decentrality,hydrolytic resista nt,an ti-tra nsferri ng ability,mecha nical properties etc,to improve non-halogenated flame retardant,like high-end cables,hot melt adhesives,coatings,sealants,and other thin—wall material parts.
